If you receive your items and find they are defective or damaged, you can contact us and we’ll take care of the return process. You must notify us within three days of getting your order that there is something wrong with the item. If possible, please leave the tags on!
We will gladly accept returns on factory defects, provided we are notified within 3 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items outside of the above reason or for custom embroidered products.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
